SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS

1. School Fees for the year 2026/2027 academic year is K600, 000 per term. The fees must be strictly deposited to the following account: 1008993099, St Mauritius Secondary School, National Bank, Karonga Branch.

2. School Uniform: Dark Blue Trouser, Sky Blue Shirt, Dark Blue Sweater (These are to be bought at school at a total fee of K70, 000).

3. Black Shoe, Black Pair of Socks and Black Belt (To be carried from home).

4. A letter of introduction from parents indicating details of the student i.e. home address, phone numbers, religious denomination, health passport.

5. A MANEB ID and standard 8 grades.

6. Complete sports attire.

7. Toilet tissues.

8. Warm beddings (The area can be cold)

9. Plate, spoon, cup.

10. Mosquito net.

11. Good News Bible.

12. Enough teaching and learning materials for 13 subjects.

13. Scientific Calculator.

14. A torch.

15. A pair of slippers.

16. Food stuff: The school allows the following food stuff: groundnuts, sugar, popcorn, fried maize grain, peanut butter, margarine and cornflakes. NOTE: We have prohibited consumption of Jiggies (Jigisi).

RESTRICTIONS:

1. Cooked and junk food is not allowed in school.

2. Processed food packed in plastic papers is not allowed.

3. Any student found with a phone or Bluetooth speaker will immediately be proposed for a dismissal.

4. Tight fitting trousers and sleeveless clothes are not allowed.

5. Capes of any type are not allowed.

NB:

● Students must report to school with their hair cut short.

● It is recommended that each student should have two sets of school uniform.

● The date of arrival is Sunday the 13th of September 2026.
